DAP, Diammonium Phosphate Description

Diammonium phosphate(DAP) is a kind of highly concentrated quick-acting fertilizer, which is the basic raw material for the production of compound fertilizers and BB fertilizers, and is suitable for all kinds of crops and soils.

The main raw material of Risso brand DAP, Phosphate Ore, is characterized by large reserves, high taste, good activity and low heavy metal content, and was awarded the International Gold Medal for two consecutive years in 1999 and 2000.

Risso diammonium contains nitrogen and phosphorus which are essential for crop growth, and is suitable for all kinds of soils and crops, and the water-soluble phosphorus is more than 95%, which is easy to be absorbed by plants.

Features of DAP Fertilizer

Diammonium phosphate is a high concentration of quick-acting fertilizer, DAP contains two nutrients of nitrogen and phosphorus necessary for the growth of crops, suitable for all kinds of soils and crops, with water-soluble phosphorus up to 95% or more, easy to be absorbed by plants.

DAP can be used as base fertilizer or follow-up fertilizer, and it is suitable for deep application; it is especially suitable for use as base fertilizer, seeding fertilizer and follow-up fertilizer in arid and low rainfall areas.

DAP can quickly replenish the crop’s demand for phosphorus and nitrogen fertilizer. It can strengthen seedling, resist drought, anti-tillering, promote tillering, prevent root rot, increase the number of spikes and dry grain weight; increase the number of bolls per plant, reduce the shedding of buds and bolls, and improve the quality of cotton fiber.

DAP Use Method

1. Fertilizer should be increased or decreased as appropriate according to crops and soil fertility.

2. It can not be mixed with alkaline fertilizer (grass ash, lime, etc.), so as not to reduce the effectiveness of fertilizer. Acidic soil should be applied more than 5 days apart before application.

3. the use of base fertilizer as the main, supplementary fertilizer, if the two are used in combination, and with a small amount of farmyard manure effect is better.

4. as seed fertilizer and fertilizer, should be placed in the fertilizer from the seed 5-10 centimeters, and make the fertilizer evenly dispersed, to avoid burning buds, burning seedlings.
